Forward mail for local domain account to external address  -  Exchange 2007
Hi guys, I need to forward all emails from address <user@localdomain.int> to <user@yahoo.com>. I don't want to create a mailbox 'cause there's really no such a user in my domain. I suppose I can set this forwarding using mail contact. I create a contact and set address <user@localdomain.int> as a SMTP address and <user@yahoo.com> as an External E-mail Address. But still forwarding is not working. What do I miss?

You are saying that you created one contact and stamped both email addresses to that contact right? Please make sure under email addresses tab both addresses are reflected and also paste the Error message hereVinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Now I have a contact with following "E-Mail Addresses" properties: several SMTP address and one External E-mail Address. I suppose all e-mail that is sent to any of SMTP addresses goes to this External E-mail Address. Is that right?
